Hey Dreammates,

Can y’all believe it’s already November? This year flew by, but I have to say—I’m feeling so optimistic about what’s ahead. New deals, new spaces, new opportunities, new people. I can feel it coming, and I’m ready to receive every bit of it.

But here’s the thing—it doesn’t just happen. The blessings, the breakthroughs, the new seasons we talk about… they take effort. You have to put in those small, consistent steps that move you closer to the life you want. Maybe that means cutting back on something that’s been draining you, showing up for that event you’ve been avoiding, or investing in learning something new. Whatever that shift looks like, tap into it now.

Because when that harvest season comes—when you finally start to see the fruit of all those long nights, hard choices, and quiet sacrifices—you’ll realize it was all worth it. Every bit of it.

So as we move through November, let’s let this month do what it’s meant to do. Let’s love on our people, show gratitude for where we are, and keep doing the work that gets us to where we’re going. The best is still unfolding, and I’m claiming it for all of us.
